Get data in
- 1Drop a CSV file on the start screen, paste rows copied from a spreadsheet, or open one you saved.
- 2No file to hand? Try a sample.
Edit and tidy
- 1Click a cell and type to change it. Enter moves down.
- 2Click a column heading to sort by it; click again to reverse.
- 3Use Filter to show only the rows you need, and Find and replace to fix many cells at once.
- 4Undo and redo step back and forward through every change.
Get data out
- 1Export as CSV, TSV or JSON.
- 2Save to keep the document in your workspace and open it again on any device.
