Questions
- Can I cancel at any time?
- Yes, from Settings → Billing. You keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for, and you are not charged again.
- Which currency do I pay in?
- You see prices in your own currency where we can, and they are fixed, so they do not move with exchange rates. Once you subscribe, your price stays the same wherever you are.
- What happens to my files if I go back to Free?
- Nothing is deleted when a plan ends. On Free, files in Drive clear 14 days after you last used them, and the Free limits apply from then on.
- Can I pay for a few months at once?
- Yes. Pay for 3, 6 or 12 months ahead and save up to 25%, or buy a 7-day pass for a short job. A pass does not renew.
- Do I have to save a card?
- No. Choose Pay once at checkout and pay for a month or more by any way your region offers, such as a card or a bank transfer. Nothing renews by itself: we email you a week before your time runs out, and paying again adds the new term after the old one.
