Terms of service

These terms are the agreement between you and Clustaco Limited (“we”, “us”), which runs ToolkitDeck. By creating an account or using ToolkitDeck you agree to them. If you use it for a company, you agree on the company’s behalf and confirm you are allowed to.

Your account

Give us a real email address and keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens in your account. You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live. Tell us straight away at [email protected] if you think someone else has used your account.

Your files and work

What you upload and create stays yours. You give us permission to store it, process it and show it back to you, only so the tools can do what you ask of them. We do not use your files for anything else and we do not sell them.

On the Free plan, uploaded files are deleted automatically 24 hours after upload. Paid plans keep saved files until you delete them or close your account. ToolkitDeck is not a backup service: keep your own copy of anything you cannot afford to lose.

Using ToolkitDeck fairly

Do not use ToolkitDeck to:

• break the law, or store or share content you have no right to;
• upload malware, or try to get into accounts, data or systems that are not yours;
• overload the service, get around plan limits, or scrape it automatically;
• resell ToolkitDeck or offer it as your own service without our written agreement.

If an account breaks these rules we may limit or suspend it. Where we can, we will tell you why first and give you a chance to fix it.

Plans and payment

The Free plan costs nothing. Paid plans are charged in advance for the term you choose: one month, or 3, 6 or 12 months ahead at a lower price. Prices are in the currency shown for your region on the pricing page. Payments are handled by Paystack or Stripe; we never see or store your card number. A paid plan renews automatically at the end of each term until you cancel it. A 7-day pass is a single payment for seven days and never renews.

A free trial needs a card. With Paystack we make a small check charge to confirm the card and refund it straight away. You pay nothing during the trial. Before you start, and again by email 3 days before it ends, we tell you the date of the first charge and how much it will be. Cancel before that date and you are not charged. Each workspace and each person can have one free trial.

The currency your workspace first pays in stays the same afterwards, even if you travel. If we change the price of your plan, we will tell you by email at least 30 days before the new price applies to you.

If a renewal payment fails, your workspace keeps its plan for 3 days so you can update your card. After that it moves to the Free plan. Nothing you saved is deleted when that happens.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time in Settings → Billing. You keep your plan until the end of the period you have paid for and are not charged again. Refunds are covered by our refund policy.

Early access and changes to ToolkitDeck

ToolkitDeck is new and changes often. We may add, change or remove tools and features. If a change takes away something you are paying for, we will tell you in advance, and you can cancel before your next charge.

Availability

We work to keep ToolkitDeck running and your data safe, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. It is provided as it is, without guarantees beyond those the law does not allow us to exclude.

Help and AI answers

The guide and our AI features give general help and can make mistakes. If an answer differs from these terms or our policies, the terms and policies apply. Nothing they say is legal, tax or financial advice.

Limits on our liability

We are not responsible for indirect losses, such as lost profits, lost business or lost data you could have backed up. Our total responsibility to you for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it arose. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Closing your account

You can ask us to close your account at any time by writing to [email protected]. Cancel any paid plan first. We delete your account and files within 30 days, except records the law requires us to keep, such as payment records. We may close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms.

The law that applies

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. If you live somewhere that gives you consumer rights these terms cannot override, you keep those rights.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will tell you by email or in the app before the change takes effect. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
