Bank statement converter
Turn a PDF bank statement into a clean spreadsheet, with every row checked against the balance.
Convert a statement
- 1Download the statement as a PDF from your bank's app or internet banking.
- 2Drop it on the converter. If it has a password, enter it when asked; it is used once and never stored.
- 3Check the summary: money in, money out, and the balance check.
- 4Download CSV, or Excel on a paid plan.
When a row does not add up
- 1The summary says how many rows do not add up, and they are highlighted. Tick Only these to see just them.
- 2Compare each with the statement. Usually a row was read wrongly; occasionally the bank's own figures disagree.
Good to know
- Scanned statements (pictures of pages) cannot be read yet.
- Pages count against your plan's monthly allowance only when a statement is read successfully.
- Your statement is deleted as soon as it is read. The table is kept for a day on the free plan and a month on paid plans.
