Your estate's gate, levies and notices, without the WhatsApp chaos
Every house gets its own private link. Residents make a pass for a visitor in seconds and send it on WhatsApp; the guard types the code or scans it at the gate and the visit is logged. The office charges the service levy, records payments with numbered receipts, and sees who owes. Nobody installs an app.
Passes from the resident's phone
One visit, several days, or set days each week for a cleaner or driver. The visitor gets a page with a QR code and a six-letter code.
A gate page for the guards
Open one link on the gate phone. Type a code or scan a pass, see who is expected and who is inside, log anyone without a pass. The gate book is searchable and downloads as a spreadsheet.
Levies and receipts
Charge every house, some streets or chosen houses. Record payments with numbered receipts, let residents say they paid by transfer, and see who owes, most first.
Notices and requests
Put up a notice for the whole estate or one street. Residents report a broken light or a security worry, and see your reply on their page.
Questions people ask
Is it free?
Yes, for one estate with up to 30 houses, including passes, the gate page, levies and receipts. Paid plans add more houses, more estates and emailing notices to residents.
Do residents or guards need an account or an app?
No. Each house opens its own private link, and the guards open the gate link, in any phone's browser. Only the estate office signs in.
Does ToolkitDeck collect our levies?
No. Residents pay your association's own account. They can tell the office they have paid with the transfer reference, and you confirm it against your statement.
What if a guard leaves or a tenant moves out?
Make a new gate link or a new link for that house. The old one stops working at once.
Can we bring in our list of residents?
Yes. Upload the CSV or Excel file your office keeps; a column with the house number is all it needs.
