Your account and signing in

Confirm your email, reset a forgotten password, switch to dark mode and sign out.

Forgot your password

  1. 1On the sign-in screen, choose Forgot password and enter your email.
  2. 2Open the link we send and choose a new password. The link works once and expires after a short while.
  3. 3If no email arrives, check spam, and make sure it is the address you signed up with.

Confirm your email

Until your email is confirmed, a reminder shows at the top of the screen. Choose Resend email there, or in Settings, Account, if the first link has expired.

Light or dark

In Settings, Account, choose Light or Dark. Your choice is remembered on that device. The moon icon at the top of the screen switches too.

Sign out, or close your account

Settings, Account, Sign out signs you out on that device only. To close your account and delete what it holds, write to us from the address you signed up with and we will do it within 30 days.
