How long files are kept

1. 1On the Free plan, files you upload are deleted after 24 hours, and anything you make is ready to download straight away.
2. 2On a paid plan, files and documents you save stay until you delete them or close your account.
3. 3Some tools keep less. A bank statement, for example, is deleted as soon as it has been read.

Who can see them

Only people in your workspace. When you share something on purpose, such as a review link or a link-in-bio page, the people you share it with see exactly that and nothing else. Download links are private and stop working after a short time.

What we never do

1. 1We never sell your data or your files, or use them to advertise to you.
2. 2Visit counts for your links and codes use no cookies and do not store anyone's address.
3. 3When your reviewers look at a website in ReviewFlow, they see a copy, so the site never learns who they are.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, to correct it, or to delete it. The privacy policy explains the rest.
