Celebrations
A card everyone signs for a birthday, a farewell or send-forth, a retirement or a team's win: messages, photos and voice notes, kept a surprise until the day.
Start a card
- 1Pick the occasion, type who it is for, and press Start the card. The title and colour come from the occasion; change them in Settings.
- 2Copy the link to sign or send it on WhatsApp, or show the QR code. Signers add their name and a message, a photo, a voice note of up to a minute, or a sticker. They see how many have signed, never what.
- 3Messages wait for you to add them to the card, unless you untick I approve messages first. Hide or remove anything at any time; you always see who wrote what.
- 4A group gift note can show your own details for a collection. ToolkitDeck never collects money.
On the day
- 1Deliver now opens the card and emails it to them if you added their email. Or copy their link, or send it on WhatsApp. On Pro, set a day and time and it is delivered by itself.
- 2Until it is delivered, their link says something is on its way. When they open it: confetti, every message, and a slideshow.
- 3Wall and slideshow is the link for everyone else and the party screen. Choose whether signers' names show there, or only to the person celebrated.
- 4Download a picture of any message to post. On Pro, the keepsake book is a PDF of the whole card to print.
Dates
- 1Add birthdays and work anniversaries one at a time, or paste them from a sheet: a name, a date, and an email if you like, one person a line.
- 2Coming up shows the next two months. A week before each, you get an email with a card ready to start.
Good to know
- The Free plan runs 3 cards at a time, until they are delivered, with the ToolkitDeck line. Pro has unlimited cards, delivery at a set time and the keepsake book.
- Voice notes record in Chrome, Edge, Safari and Firefox; allow the microphone when asked.
