Forms
Make forms and surveys people fill on any phone: registrations, feedback, applications, orders and sign-ups. Share a link, a QR code or a form on your website, and every answer lands in a table you can download.
Make a form
- 1Press New form and start from a blank page or a template: contact, event registration, feedback, job application, order, volunteers, survey, appointment request or RSVP.
- 2Add questions with Add a question here. Short and long answers, email, phone, number, date and time, one or several choices, dropdowns, star ratings, a scale, yes or no, an agreement box, headings, text and new pages.
- 3Tick Required for answers you must have. Choices go one per line; Let people write their own adds an Other box.
- 4Show only after a certain answer hides a question until an earlier answer matches: the address only for delivery, the reason only for no. A hidden required question never blocks anyone.
- 5Everything saves as you type, and the form beside it shows how it looks. Try it there: it is not sent anywhere.
Share it
- 1Press Publish. Share gives the link to copy or send on WhatsApp, a QR code to print, and a line of code for your website.
- 2In Settings, close it on a date or after a number of responses, write the thank-you message or send people to a page of your own, and choose your colour and logo.
- 3Pause stops responses at once; the link says it is not taking responses. Open again starts them.
Responses
- 1Responses shows every answer in a table. Search across all answers, star the ones that matter, tick and delete any you do not need.
- 2One at a time shows each response in full, with arrows to the next.
- 3Excel and CSV download every response, with a column per question.
- 4Summary counts each choice, averages ratings and numbers, and for a 0 to 10 recommend question works out the recommend score.
- 5Each response is emailed to you, and to anyone else you add in Settings. On Pro, people can be sent a copy of their answers.
Good to know
- The Free plan has 10 forms and 1,000 responses a month across them. Pro has no form limit, more responses, and copies to respondents.
- Forms collect answers, never payments.
