Polls
Ask a quick question, find a time that suits everyone, or run a secret ballot. Share a link or a QR code; people vote on any phone without an account, and you watch the results come in.
Make a poll
- 1Type a question and its choices under Quick poll and press Create and share: it is open at once, with its link and QR code.
- 2Or start from a template: a meeting time, an election, a yes or no decision, lunch, event feedback or a ranking of priorities.
- 3Questions can be one choice, several choices (with a most-picks limit), ranking, a star rating, yes or no, or find a date. Any choice can have a picture.
- 4Everything saves as you type, and the ballot beside it shows what voters will see. Try it there: it is not sent anywhere.
- 5Once anyone has voted, questions and choices can be reworded but not added, removed or reordered. Make a copy to change more.
Who votes, and how often
- 1Anyone with the link: one vote per phone or computer. Quick, and right for teams, classes and groups.
- 2People who confirm their email: we email a 6-digit code first, so each address votes once.
- 3A voter list (Pro): add people by name with an email or phone, then email or WhatsApp each their private link. Each link votes once, and you see who has voted.
- 4With email codes or a voter list and no names asked, the poll is a secret ballot: nobody, including you, can see how anyone voted, and downloads come shuffled with no names or times.
- 5Ask for names when you need to know who voted for what, such as who can come at each time.
Results
- 1Choose when voters see results: as votes come in, after they vote, when the poll closes, or only you.
- 2Results shows every question live: bars for choices, points for rankings, the average of stars, the yes and no split, and the best time with who can come.
- 3Present shows a big QR code beside the results for a projector or TV. Results start hidden unless they are live; press Show results when you are ready.
- 4Download a results picture for WhatsApp status or a post, print or save the page as a PDF, or download every vote as Excel or CSV.
- 5Close now stops voting at once, or set a time it closes by itself. Open again starts it again.
Good to know
- The Free plan keeps 10 polls and takes 1,000 votes a month across them. Pro has no poll limit, 20,000 votes a month and voter lists; Business takes 100,000.
- Voters can change their vote from the browser they voted in, until the poll closes, unless you turn that off.
