Run your whole school from one place
Start with the job that takes longest: results. Bring in your students from the spreadsheet you already keep, let each teacher enter scores on their phone, and report cards come out with totals, grades and positions worked out. The same place keeps the daily register, timetables and homework, notices and the school calendar, and when you want them, fees, family pages and admissions.
Teachers score on their phones
Send each teacher a private link for their subject on WhatsApp. They type marks like in a spreadsheet; nothing is lost, and nobody needs a password.
Your grading, worked out
WAEC A1 to F9, 9 to 1, letter grades with a GPA, or your own scale. Two tests and an exam, or any mix. Positions printed, or not.
Report cards and broadsheets
A report card per student with comments, conduct ratings, attendance, your logo, stamp and signature; the class broadsheet in Excel.
Results families can open
A private link per student, sent on WhatsApp or in any message, or printable PIN cards for your own result checker page.
The register in a minute
Everyone starts present; tap who is absent or late. ID cards with a QR code can be scanned at the gate, and each absent child's family can be messaged in a tap.
Timetables, homework, notices
Class timetables that catch a teacher booked twice, homework families can see, weekly lesson notes the head approves, and a calendar families subscribe to.
Fees without the paperwork
Bills per class and term, sibling discounts, payments by cash or transfer, numbered receipts and a debtors list. Families pay you directly, never through us.
Admissions and promotion
An application form at your school's own address, applicants from new to enrolled, offer letters, and each class moved up at the end of the year.
Questions people ask
Is it free?
Yes, for one school with up to 50 students: results, report cards, family links, the register, timetables, homework and notices. Pro adds up to 400 students, fees, family pages, emails to families, the broadsheet and result PINs. Business adds admissions, website widgets and up to five schools.
Is the price per student?
No. Plans are a flat monthly price, so a growing school is never charged more for each new child.
Does it work for schools outside Nigeria?
Yes. A school starts from its country's usual grading and year: three terms or two semesters, WAEC grades, 9 to 1, letter grades with a GPA, KCSE-style grades or levels 7 to 1, and every part can be changed.
Do we have to use all of it?
No. Start with results only and add the register or fees a term later; nothing else needs setting up until you want it.
Can we take our data with us?
Always. Download your students as a spreadsheet, and report cards as PDFs, whenever you like; on Pro, each class's full results as an Excel broadsheet too.
