PDF to Word you can actually edit
Get a Word document where the paragraphs flow, the headings are headings and the tables are tables, not a page of loose text boxes. Scanned PDFs are read too.

Text that flows
Lines are joined back into paragraphs, so adding a sentence pushes the rest along as it should.
Tables stay tables
Invoices, price lists and statements come out as Word tables, even when the PDF has no lines around the cells.
Headings and styles
Titles become Word headings, and bold, italic, sizes and colours are kept.
Scans too
Scanned pages are read with OCR on our own servers, and you are told which pages to check.
Questions people ask
Will it look exactly like the PDF?
Close, but made to be edited rather than copied pixel for pixel. Fonts become standard ones, and pages with many boxes or columns may need some tidying.
Does it work on scanned documents?
Yes. Pages that are pictures are read with OCR. Clear, straight scans read best; check names and numbers afterwards.
I only need to change a few words.
Then the PDF editor is quicker: it changes the words in the PDF itself and keeps everything else exactly as it was.
Is it free?
Yes, up to 50 files a month on the free plan. Paid plans convert more.
