Testimonials

Ask happy customers for a testimonial by link, approve what shows, and put it on a page, your website and social media.

Ask

1Give your business name and choose your link. Tap Ask to send it on WhatsApp, or copy it for email and messages.
2Tap QR for a code to print on your counter, receipts or flyers.
3Customers give stars and a few words on their phone, with their name and, if you like, their role and a photo. They tick to agree to it being shown.

1New testimonials wait in Inbox, and you get an email for each. Nothing is public until you tap Show it.
2Tap the star to make one a favourite; favourites are shown first. Add tags, like a service, to show some on a particular page.
3Have some from WhatsApp or email already? Tap Add one you have, with the customer's permission.

1Your wall shows every approved testimonial on one page. Link to it from your Instagram bio, WhatsApp Business profile or email signature.
2For your website, choose a layout and colours under Show them, copy the code, and paste it where the testimonials should go. It works on WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, Shopify, Webflow, Framer and any other site. New ones you approve appear by themselves.
3Tap Make a picture on any shown testimonial for a picture sized for Instagram, stories and WhatsApp status, or LinkedIn and X.

Collecting and approving are unlimited on every plan.
The Free plan shows your favourite and newest ten, on your wall and one widget, with a small ToolkitDeck credit. Paid plans show them all, on as many widgets as you want, without the credit.
Google does not show stars for reviews a business collects itself. Add your Google review link in Settings and customers who give four or five stars are invited to review you there too.
