Know who owes rent, and give proper receipts
Add your properties and tenants once. See what is due in the next month and who is late, record rent when it arrives, and send a receipt the tenant can open on their phone, with the amount in figures and in words. Tenancy agreements go out for signature in a few taps.

Questions people ask
Do tenants pay through ToolkitDeck?
No. Tenants pay you directly, by transfer, cash or cheque. You record the payment and the receipt is ready to share.
Does it work for yearly rent?
Yes. Yearly and two-yearly rent, as is common in Nigeria, as well as half-yearly, quarterly and monthly. Each period's rent falls due at its start.
Is the tenancy agreement legally sound?
It is a plain starting draft built from your terms, not legal advice. Read every clause, change what does not fit, and take legal advice where you need it; tenancy law differs by state and country.
Can an agent or caretaker use it for an owner?
Yes. Put the owner's name on the property, and the receipts and agreement carry it.
Is it free?
Yes, for up to 3 units with receipts and agreements included. Paid plans manage as many units as you like, send reminders and remove the ToolkitDeck credit.
