Get documents signed without printing a page
Upload a contract, agreement or form, mark where each person signs, and send it. They sign on their phone from a link, and everyone gets the signed PDF with a certificate that records who signed, when and from where.
Mark where they sign
Tap the page to place signature, initials, date, name, text and tick boxes for each signer, in their own colour.
Sign on any phone
Signers open a private link, draw or type their signature with a finger, and finish. No account, no app to install.
A record that holds up
Consent to sign electronically, the time, IP address and browser of each signer, and a fingerprint of the exact document.
The signed copy, for everyone
When the last person signs, their signatures are stamped into the PDF with a certificate page, and everyone gets a copy.
Questions people ask
Are electronic signatures legal?
For most agreements, yes: in Nigeria under the Evidence Act 2011 and the Cybercrimes Act 2015, in the US under ESIGN and UETA, and in the UK and the EU. Some documents still need ink, a witness or a notary, such as wills, land title transfers and court papers. If in doubt, ask a lawyer.
Do the people signing need an account?
No. Each gets a private link by email and signs in their browser, on a phone or a computer.
Can people sign in a set order?
Yes, on paid plans: the next person is asked only after the one before has signed. On the Free plan everyone is asked at once.
What stops someone changing the document after it is signed?
The signed copy carries a fingerprint recorded when it was made, and the record of every step is chained so that a changed entry shows. Any edit to the file would no longer match.
Is it free?
Yes, for 3 documents sent for signing a month. Paid plans send as many as you need, sign in order, remind signers automatically and remove the ToolkitDeck credit.
