Scan QR codes and barcodes, from your camera or a picture
Point your phone at a code, or drop in a screenshot. You see what the code holds before anything opens: where a link really goes, a Wi-Fi password to copy, a contact to save, an event to add to your calendar, a product's barcode number. Nothing to install.
A link shows where it goes and warns you about tricks scammers use, like look-alike names or a hidden address, before you open it.
From a picture too
A QR code in a screenshot, a photo or a PDF printout: drop it in or paste it, and every code in the picture is read.
Every common barcode
QR, EAN and UPC on products, Code 128 and Code 39 on parcels, ITF, Data Matrix, PDF417 and Aztec on tickets and boarding passes.
Count stock into a list
Scan into a list and the same barcode again adds one. Several phones can count into the same list, then download it to Excel.
Questions people ask
Do I need an app?+
No. It works in the browser on any phone or computer with a camera. On a computer without one, read a picture or paste a screenshot.
Can it read a QR code from a screenshot or a picture?+
Yes. Choose Read a picture, drop the file on the page, or paste it with Ctrl+V. If the picture has several codes, they are all read.
Is it safe to open the links?+
Each link is checked against our list of scam sites and Google Safe Browsing, and you are warned about common tricks before you open it. Short links made with ToolkitDeck show their real destination.
Can I use it for a stock take?+
Yes. Make a list, scan into it, and each barcode is counted. Give each one a name, fix a count by hand, and download the list to Excel or CSV. Your team can count into the same list from their own phones.
Is it free?+
Yes. Scanning and your history are free. The free plan keeps three lists; paid plans keep as many as you need.
